以春陽部落的紅肉李進行發酵,整顆紅肉李洗淨、進行破碎,先稍微糖蜜後再加水放入酵母菌去釀造。酸甜中帶果皮的單寧,但甜度低略帶酸澀,口感很類似以葡萄製作的紅酒,但充滿本土生產紅肉李的氣息。醒酒過後,入口會更柔順,冰飲也有另一番風味。
